The guest room is updated and has a coffee machine, a balcony, and a safe box. Everyone who works in the hotel is incredible and consistently courteous. All in all they offer exceptional service. Moreover it has very good wifi to surf 

The staff, especially Woodley, Sharmala, and Rick, were amazing and provided excellent customer service. The location was perfect, with a great view of the Tower of Terror from our balcony. The free shuttles

The venue is a nice size and fairly clean with a great value and very welcoming staff. The services are exceptional, including an incredible pool.

The location was unbeatable for traveling around Orlando, right by all the major theme parks and Orlando by noon on Monday and a lovely lake. The breakfast was freshly cooked for qick on the go meals and had lots of food. 

The views from the Presidential Suite's private balcony were absolutely stunning, with a perfect vantage point for the theme park fireworks. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the personalized foot scrub and massage experience at Blue 

Nice bedroom. Central location, great base for discovering Orlando. Walking distance to shopping malls and gift stores across the street.

During my transit in Orlando, I stayed at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek and found it to be conveniently located at a distance of 35 km from Orlando International Airport. The shuttle service provided by the hotel for drop-offs and pick-ups to Disneyworld, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, 

Affordable hotel in a great area just next door to Close to the parks and Magic Kingdom and all the Orlando activities. Delicious breakfast spread.

Disappointing breakfast.

The hotel was fairly clean with very welcoming staff with very professional management. The pool area was incredible and the location was marvellous and lovely, near to Close to Epcot, Orlando in May, and other GREAT restaurants and shopping. 

First stay, staff helped with heavy baggage. Everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, outdoor pool, massage, golf. No smoking, free shuttle, restaurant, snack bar, coffee shop. Perfect for my business trip. I keep coming back. 

The hotel is magnificent with incredible staff with very professional management. The location is marvellous, 1 mile from Key West. You could walk to shopping malls and gift stores. The venue has an amazing restaurant for lunch or casual dinner.  

Fairly clean place with amazing view of the lake and pools. Marvellous location in lakes that were in middle of all the buildings, private parking outside. Spotless and updated room and large bathroom with 

New-fashioned rooms and lovely and astonishing breakfast available. Exceptionally comfortable bed, outstandingly accommodating and really polite staff members with very professional management.
